How do I access the course I purchased?

In the portal, after having logged in, find the waffle iron icon in the top right corner.

Click the nine dots and it will show the "courses" icon.

Click the "courses" icon to open the course dashboard.

Your purchased courses will show up there.

Select the desired course to continue watching.

How long will I have access to the course?

If you have purchased access to the course, the course will be available to you for 365 days following the date of purchase for that specific course.

Subscription options will become available at that point for continued access on a month-to-month or year-to-year basis.

When will the next courses become available?

Each course will be announced via email to our mailing list and through our social media platforms.

What if I want a refund*?

We're so confident in the quality of our course material, that if you honestly and truly have done all the work associated, you will have benefitted in some way.

In order to qualify for a refund, you must show proof of having personally completed all the videos, all the weekly assignments, and having gained zero benefit.

*Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can Heidi be my therapist?

Only if you are a resident in the state of Utah and go through the process of becoming a client by entering into a therapeutic relationship.

It is not common for individuals taking these courses to become one of Heidi's clients.
